内蒙古额尔古纳市是中国俄罗斯族的主要聚居区之一。 这里的俄罗斯族多为十月革命前后迁居该地的俄罗斯移民与中国汉 族结合的后代，其母语俄语退化十分明显，原因主要为政治因素、 俄汉通婚、传播渠道和语言观念的影响。
