PERUBATAN ISLAM: ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN, KESAN, DAN PERMERKASAAN DI MALAYSIA

Every civilization, race and religion has its own method of treatment in finding a cure for every disease. This paper focuses on the analysis of the evolution of the development of Islamic medicine starting from the era of Phophet Muhammad until Malay civilization, that influence Malaysia's diverse ethnic and religious. This research method is qualitative by collecting library research and analyzed according to the objective theme of the study. This study initially defines Islamic medicine, followed by discussions covering the history of Islamic medicine, the development of Islamic medical writing, listing the characteristics of Islamic medicine, the efforts of the Malaysian government through the provisions of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 (Act 775), and grant preparation for multidisciplinary research. Therefore, this paper highly recommend that Islamic medical science treasures found in Malaysia especially in the medical books Malays should be reviewed continuously and comprehensively in all aspects of the study.
