Malaysian Management Journal (MMJ) is a refereed journal published yearly (December) by Universiti Utara Malaysia. Its main objective is to provide a channel for the publication of articles based on empirical research, original thoughts, comparative studies and commentaries in management, economics, information technology, accounting, tourism and hospitality, marketing and other areas related to the subject of management. To encourage more exchange of ideas we also welcome shorter discursive contributions such as rejoinders, critiques, book reviews and conference reports so long as there is some space given to critical reflections on particular subjects of interest in the wider field of management.

This journal will benefit not only academicians and graduate students in management programs, but also managers and practitioners in other areas relevant to management.
