Malaysian Management Journal (MMJ) is a refereed journal published annually in July by the UUM Press,
Universiti Utara Malaysia. The main objective of the journal is to provide a channel for the publication of
articles based on empirical research (es), original thoughts, comparative studies and commentaries in
business management covering the areas of process, policy, strategy, theory, and behaviour with a focus
on Malaysia, the Asian region and other emerging economies. The emerging economies contribute
significantly to economic growth; this, coupled with their diverse and unique culture, offers a wealth of
experience and knowledge that can be learned and shared. Thus, the MMJ provides a platform for the
exchange of ideas, and sharing of thoughts, experience and knowledge, where business management,
particularly in the emerging economies, is concerned.
This is open access journal. The articles on this site are available in full-text and free of charge to our web
visitors. This website does not require any personal information about its visitors to read, download, copy,
distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.

In ensuring that the articles published meet acceptable quality standards, the manuscripts undergo a double-blind review process. MMJ
is indexed by the Malaysian Citation Index (MyCite), Asean Citation Index (ACI), Asian Digital Library (ADL), Google Scholar, Index
Corpernicus & Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Author will be informed of the selection/rejection of manuscript by the managing
editor. Authors are responsible to ensure that the manuscript submitted has not been published elsewhere and that it has not been submitted
simultaneously for reproduce copyrighted material from other sources.
