Journal of International Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship (JIBE) is an international peer reviewed online journal of the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. JIBE is published 2 times a year in June and in December. Journal of International Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship is an enhancement of the previous Journal of International Business and Entrepreneurship. This enhancement is an effort towards improving JIBE’s standing as a key provider of academic articles in areas that are not confined to only business and management but also those specific to economics and entrepreneurship. As such, JIBE’s focus of articles is based on articles related to Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship.
All research articles in this journal undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editorial board screening followed by a double blind refereeing process. The review process usually takes between two to three weeks.
With its internationally renowned advisory board members and panel of reviewers consisting of academia from established local and international universities, JIBE will continue to strive for excellence in the management and publication of research based articles from academics and practitioners with an interest in extending their citations abilities. In time, JIBE seeks to achieve established recognition from bibliographic and citation databases like Scopus, Thomson ISI and the likes.
