Founded in 2018, the Journal of Undergraduate Research, UMT is a peer-reviewed, biannual final year undergraduate project publication in Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. The editorial staff, comprising of professors and lecturers supervising these final year undergraduate student projects and editorial staffs from the Research Publication Section, Research Management and Innovation Centre, reviews the submissions and selects several outstanding work to be highlighted by the Journal. The editors base their selections on principles such as overall clarity of expression, quality and originality of research, originality of analysis, and scholarly approach.
